Return and Refund Policy

Abattoirfresh offers you the best, top-quality meat from a hygienic environment, to meet your high standards and expectations.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase experience, we’re here to help.

Our Fresh products and or any other of our perishable items can be returned through our delivery personnel during delivery / or upon examination while our delivery person is standing by. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The commodity was examined in the presence of our delivery personnel.
  • That the item (fresh & Perishable) is in its original packaging and intact.
  • Ensure you complete our return policy form, to be provided by our delivery personnel.
  • We require a receipt, or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please remember to request for return form from our delivery person and ensure he signed your form in your presence.

Delivery charges incurred, using a third-party logistics (3PL) in connection with return of a product are non-refundable.

For third-party logistics (3PL) employed by customer to pick up and return items purchased through abattoir Fresh, you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.


If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
